I’m a spiritual healer and teacher, but before all this, I was a certified tech nerd. I hold a Master’s Degree in Information Technology and spent about 15 years behind laptops and in computer labs (honestly, doing some pretty weird stuff there, too). Did I mention I’m originally from the Middle East? Because yes, I am—which basically means my accent is hilarious, my coffee is strong, and I don't sugarcoat anything. When I decided to ditch the traditional corporate tech life and step into a completely different version of myself, I became a person I never even knew existed before. But the one thing that didn’t change? The analytical machine in my head. My brain still fundamentally needs to process, reason, and optimize everything. |

My Journey with PellowahThis book is about my personal journey and how I transformed from a Muslim raised in the Middle East into a spiritual person who was, in one way or another, guided toward change. I wrote this book with deep emotion, and at times I found myself crying while writing some of these pages—not out of weakness, but out of gratitude for the journey and the lessons I experienced along the way.
As the title suggests, the healing modality Pellowah and its founder, Kachina Ma’an, have had a profound impact on my journey. However, this book is ultimately about my own transformation, not about the healing modality or Kachina herself, although many of the lessons I learned throughout this journey came through her guidance and support. Traditional Japanese Reiki
These books are guides to Japanese Reiki, the ancient and well-known healing modality based on channeling life energy through the hands of the healer to the body of the recipient. Reiki is also considered a path of spiritual enlightenment, helping to cleanse you from within and open you to the wisdom of life.

In many ways, they can serve as practical manuals, containing the foundational teachings and core principles of Reiki.
